Calico So Cold is an independent rapper and founder of his self-made label, Dark Dizyn Music Company which he started in 2021. Over the years of pursuing his career in music he has seen little to no success on a mainstream level. His music itself isnt to blame for lack of becoming a success in the industry says the Carolina based artist. 'I found myself investing money in all the wrong places. Not having the proper financial guidance and knowledge of the business was my setback so I fell back from being an artist for a while and focused on being an entrepreneur.' Frustrated with not getting the attention of major labels, he started his own after obtaining a great deal of knowledge about the business. With the goal of giving more up and coming independent artist like himself a chance to be heard and shine bright like the stars they were meant to be! Our mission here is to give artist a chance to grow their fanbase to mainstream status while reaping the benefits of an independently self-made artist. Also giving artist the freedom of creative control to preserve authenticity!
