Reb Creezy is the story of a come-up....Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Reb’s love for hip-hop was fostered amongst the streets of the Triple D. Short for “Rebel,” Reb has been on a journey through the Dallas underground for nearly 10 years. At 25, his voice sounds stage-tested, his words are crisp, precise and contain minimal amounts of nonsense. Reb is an artist who is, if nothing else, dedicated to his fans and the growth of that fanbase. In his words, he wants “the world to hear and understand” who he is through the stories he tells in his music. Reb’s music, akin to and inspired by his favorite artists, like CURREN$Y, ISAIAH RASHAD, MAC MILLER and LIL’ WAYNE, concerns fame, gaining influence, and wordplay with references from everything from luxury cars to anime and video games. Equal parts passionate and preserved, his songs range in intensity from turned-up bangers about fast cars and fast life to serene, smoked-out songs on surviving in the inner city. Sometimes it’s hip-hop bravado, but often, Reb’s lyrics are real and inspirational. No matter the sound, he’s always saying something worth listening to. Not one bar is lazy or out of touch.
