At the moment, referral invites can only be created on iOS and Web. You can find it in your app under Settings (Avatar on the top left) > Refer an Artist or on the Web
When you tap on "Get a Referral Link", a unique invite link will be generated specifically for you. It is important that the artist you are referring to uses this particular link, as it will allow us to accurately trace their subscription back to you (and reward you).
HOW DO I KNOW IF SOMEONE ACCEPTED MY REFERRAL?
As soon as you have made a successful referral, your Refer an Artist page will update to reflect it. We’re working to bring more open communication and over time will also add email and notifications to keep you up to date.
WHAT WILL I GET FROM EACH REFERRAL?
You will earn a $10 reward for each artist you refer that joins UnitedMasters SELECT. Your rewards will show 60 days after the referred Artist joins SELECT as long as they’ve not been issued a refund on their Subscription. DEBUT and SELECT artists can make up to $100 per calendar year and PARTNER artists can make up to $1000 per calendar year.
WHAT IS THE BENEFIT FOR ARTISTS TO USE MY REFERRAL LINK?
Referred Artists will receive the largest discount available today off of full-priced SELECT memberships: $39.99 for the first year ($20 discount).
After the first promotional year, their SELECT subscription will renew at the normal $59.99 price.
I'M A DEBUT ARTIST. CAN I STILL REFER OTHER ARTISTS?
Yes! Even if SELECT is not right for you at this time, it might be the best option for other Artists in your network. Remember that as a DEBUT artist, if you receive a referral bonus, you will not be able to cash out your UnitedMasters Wallet until you have met the $50 minimum threshold. Of course, you can upgrade to a SELECT membership if you’d like to cash out anytime.
